Simian Succession

Summary:

Simian Succession is a discovery and choice based simulation game, centered around a tribe of monkeys and their ever-changing tools and technologies.

Search the environment for objects that you think will help improve your little tribe.  Upgrade your gear, or choose a more fashionable approach and improve your tribe's apparel.  Some may be better than others - so choose wisely!

The technology chain means your choices have a chance of altering what you can do in the future, and where your tribe ends up. Multiple endings are possible, so be experimental!

The monkeys may be near at the top of the food chain, but where technological innovations are concerned, they have a bit of a way to go.

Controls and Aim of the Game:

Search for items that appear on the map.

Click, drag and drop the item onto a monkey, and he will discover and  equip it.

Note:

• There are three types of monkeys; hunters, gatherers and family.
• There are two main types of items; tool items and clothing items.
• Only the hunters can carry and improve tools.

Soon the rest of the tribe will hear about the discovery and may follow this new trend, or perhaps your choice will lead them to their demise...

New items may appear depending on which items you have discovered in the past.

Collecting apparel items will help your tribe develop, while collecting natural resources and improving tools will progress the development of your tribe's land.

Upgrade your tribe's clothes and tools  to achieve one of many endings.
